Wikipedia is a collaborative online encyclopedia where information is used and published by the user with the exception of particular subjects prone to online vandalism, for example like David Cameron. Wiki in itself means a collaborative editable website where users are the main source of website development and derives from the hawiian meaning quick. As it is an online encyclopedia, users quickly upload information on recent news. One critism is the reliabily of information. As the articals are written by the user, for the user, the information the general public upload is often inaccurate and contradictory. Like Mozzilla Firefox, Wikipedia is also licensed under the creative commons website.

The discussions page on the Wikipedia website also allows for users to discuss other issues, for example, users are allowed to imput their ideas and opinions about the Wikipedia logo
Youtube is another website in which its content is created by the user. Users are allowed to upload any content they wish, as long as its not copyrighted. Although users must obtain permission under the Digital Milleneum Copyright act before uploading copyrighted content, there are still numerous unauthorized videos uploaded. Allowing viewers comments has been critised as most of what viewers upload is socially unacceptable and contreversial.
