Why pachube needs this

- To administer and customise the website and make it as usable as possible
- To recieve payment (if the user is subscribed to the professional version
- To update the user by emailing or sending information about Pachube.

Data Ownership

- All data documented on pachube belongs to the user
- Pachube are responsible for making sure data isn't stolen or modified without permission
- Pachube will remove all data on your account if requested.
- Although Pachube will do its best not to lose data, all data should be archived and backed up.
